Why live in Brandonwood Estates in North Richland Hills?
As in most of my blogs about North Richland Hills: why not?
This whole city is really great with lots of 
community events, tons of parks, shopping, dining and a wonderful lifestyle. Brandonwood Estates in North Richland Hills is located just north of North Tarrant Parkway and just east of Davis Blvd with shopping and restaurants nearby. Founder's Park is located inside Brandonwood Estates and has trees, gazebo with picnic tables and a play structure. Homes in Brandonwood Estates have brick and brick/stone exteriors, side entry garages, sidewalks and lots of greenery. Pride of ownership abounds in this Keller ISD neighborhood and homes have sold here from the high $200s to mid $500s.
What's close to Brandonwood Estates?
Should you want to go for a leisurely walk for dinner there is a Chilis and Mi Pueblo nearby as well as Trio American Cafe. There are also some faster food choices of Subway, Sonic, Chik Fil A and more. Kroger Marketplace is right down the street and so is Target, Walmart and Aldi grocery. The new Kroger shopping center has many new restaurants and businesses coming also!
Brandonwood Estates is super close to the John Barfield hiking trail and numerous parks. North Richland Hills is park central with nearly 40 parks and miles of trails running throughout. If recreation and exercise is important to you Snow Martial Arts has jiu jitsu, boxing and other fitness and martial arts lessons for adults and children alike. There is also a Griffin fitness gym.
There are several child care options nearby as well. Apex Academy and the Montessori School although
there are many wonderful options with the numerous mother's day out programs here in NRH.
