The Mamaroneck Avenue Elementary School continues to excel! Not only that but Mamaroneck was named one of New York's best towns in which to reside. There are currently 15 single family homes available to purchase as of June 30th, 2015 ranging in list price of $279,900 to $6,495,000, 13 properties in contract ranging in price from $$595,000 to$1,710,000, and there were 19 sold properties ranging in price from $345,000 to $3,535,000. The Median Sales price was $732,000 with an average price per square foot of $333.21. It is so obvious (as with all of the reports I have written) that the spring market portrays higher sales prices.
The sales price to original list price was 96.50%.
