For the one-story homes, the average price/sq. ft. was $103, and the highest price/sq. ft. was $107.50! WOW!
Sellers with two-story homes received an average price/sq. ft. of $84 with the highest sold price/sq. ft. at $97.15. Not bad considering the 2nd quarter average for 2014 (2-story homes) was $76.40.
