Being a mortgage broker and being all over the web I receive my fair share of solicitation calls from people trying to sell me everything from mortgage leads to the kitchen sink. While surfing the web today I found this little tidbit and thought I'd share it will all my readers.
One of these days I'm going to try to keep a straight face and use this on one of the bozo's who doesn't bother to see that I'm listed (all numbers) on the Do Not Call Registry.
That was you? I thought it was the dogs trying to get my attention. Go figure.
Either way you go it's still good for a laugh. Funny thing he should mention midgets in Vegas, while I was there last week I saw a show featuring those that are height challenged. Hmm, I wonder if Mr. Mabe was at the same show?
Now that was funny, I would love to use that but I don't think that I could hold my laughter for that long. Thanks for the tip and I would like to know if anybody actually tries this.
Ed i acutually got solicited once by a loan officer who asked what deals i had in my pipeline, he said he could get me a "quarter better" on the rate and he would pay me a referral fee, ugh!!!!
I had to hang up on him and he found me on activerain.
I had this e-mailed to me a few months back. I had a buddy who worked for a mortgage company that was more phone and lead oriented then the business I am in, so I stopped by and played it on my laptop for about 15 of his colleagues. They were ROLLING! Then the war stories of bad phone calls started...
Other than making fun of race, sexual orientation, physical handicaps and Vegas, that was funny.
