Most people will never ask their Realtor this question...

Real Estate Agent with ProSmart Realty

From my our Operations Partner, Len Nevin...Great thoughts.... "If you are in the market for a Realtor, ask them this question: Why did they choose the brokerage they are affiliated with?

I hear more agents and potential agents tell me that the number one thing that they cared about was how much money they would make per transaction. Not education, not the professionalism of their fellow agents or themselves, not the knowledge of their broker, but what their cut was."

When I worked in Iowa, I worked for the most professional and knowledgeable brokerages in town.  The consumers needs where their number one priority.

I moved to Arizona and now run an almost 200 agent company and found the same to be true. The focus was and is on how to make sure our agents are the most knowledgeable and the most professional in the area. This is something I personally find to be a #1 priority, not only for myself, but also those I work with. No wonder we have #1 market share in our area.

So, Mr and Mrs consumer, be sure to ask them that question..... I mean, you wouldn't hire someone who only cares about their commission would you?
