newbie here in virginia

Hello, my name is dina and I am new here on rain. I wanted to join this group because I too am a women in real estate. I do not however list and sell propeerty but refer clients to agents that do.  I have had litte success on the internet marketing bandwagon and was hoping to gain some knowledge here on rain from fellow realtors who have experienced the same setbacks and found a way out.  I need support and would like to give support as well.  ANy advice on marketing online would be appreciated.
