Thank  you to Coastal Living Magazine for naming Delray Beach the 3rd Happiest Seaside Town in America.

Ou course, I’m a bit biased and feel that Delray Beach is First in all things happy, but we’ll say  YIPPEE to 3rd place.

Several months ago, Coastal Living Magazine asked readers to vote on the Happiest Seaside Town.  There were 10 finalists and the winners were announced in their latest issue.

Good morning, Kathy -- congrats to Delray Beach for their high ranking in Coastal Living Magazine's survey.  I've been to two on list(of course in California) but would certainly enjoy a personal Florida tour by you and Sharon Tara in Portsmouth, NH.

James- glad you had a good trip!  Safe journey home. 

Randy- we do have sharks here- unfortunately not immune to them!  It likes to call itself the Village by the Sea. 

Kim- we'll take that!  it is a wonderful town. 

Dorie- add that to our previous title of Most Fun Small Town and it's a very good place to live. 

Jeffrey- we love it here.  If my family were here it would be perfect.

Nina- I'm not familiar with Southport either but it would be fun to check it out.

Sally and David- I have no idea!!!   But we'll take it.

I voted my little fingers to the bone for this darned contest and was very disappointed to see Portsmouth end up at the bottom. I really hoped one of our beautiful homes would be #1.
