MARKET REPORTS & ANALYSIS     

• June Industrial Production and Capacity Utilization were little better than expected and generally a tad negative for pricing.
• Today's higher Producer Price Index (PPI) readings (particularly ex food and energy) are generally negative for pricing.
• Mays Retail Sales was revised lower from 1.2% down to 1.0%. This is a much weaker report than expected and is generally good for MBS pricing.
