The second quarter of 2015 was robust for the Anthem Parkside real estate market. Home sales were up dramatically from the first quarter of the year as well as compared to the same time last year. And the average sale price continued to edge up year over year (+3%). The average price per square foot increased (+5%) as well telling us that home prices of all sizes are increasing in the Parkside. The average days on market has decreased, less than 3 months now, which typically signals a sellers market. The 12 month moving average, $263,222 is up slightly (+1%) from the same time last year. The number of homes currently on the market is 103, 37% less than last year. And the number of homes currently under contract in the Parkside is 73, up 11% year over year.
