In April we wrote about the Sephora camouflage in Beverly Hills, which the city requires for all new construction. At that time we remarked that the Sephora brand was beautifully represented by its barricade, and many of the commenters agreed.

Today, we arrived 20 minutes early in Beverly Hills for our monthly appointment. This gave us the opportunity to check out what has been happening, and we saw that Sephora was open. True to the brand, the resulting store is spectacular, in our opinion! The importance of staying true to your brand results in instant recognition!

Now, this might sound silly but when I hear Sephora, I think of a past buyer. I sold her and her husband a FSBO, to which the seller would not pay a commission, so they did. They love their home here and she actually sent me a thank you gift (I hardly ever get those!) and it was all kinds of girly stuff from Sephora, including some MARVELOUS nail polish--which I am wearing today! So...whenever I put this nail polish on, I think of her--and I have to say that it's GOOD NAIL POLISH.

So! That's my Sephora Story!

Debb Janes thanks for the comment, the best customer service I had at Sephora was in Rome, here they are barely passable, and I have not been to this new store. I was hoping no one would ask but now that you asked, I had to share the truth. Next time when I am in Rome, I will definitely stop there if I need anything. A

Roy Kelley if you read my comment to Debb, for one thing it was early in the morning 6:45 when I took the photo, and in Santa Barbara and Thousand Oaks, I was underwhemed by the service...will not be going to those stores, but will go back to the Rome one, and will check out Beverly Hills if I am in the vicinity.
