- Restaurants - many featuring outdoor/rooftop dining and stunning ocean views
- 370,000+ Sq. ft. of specialty retail shops
- Various Restaurant and Retail Outparcels
The continuing project w
ill be a unique, open air regional retail environment, providing shopping, entertainment, tourist attractions and dining experiences to visitors from not only the Panama City Beach area, but the entire Emerald Coast.
The initial phase of the Pier Park Project is open to the public.
The remaining development is expected to be completed by Winter 2008.
Pier park is an approximately 1.1 million square foot combination town/community/lifestyle center located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida between US 98 (Panama City Beach Parkway) and Front Beach Road (Alt 98) at Powell Adams Road and Pier Park Drive.
The Beachside of Pier Park features the the City Pier as well as a nearly 200 acre development site for mixed use commercial, retail, etc. locate at the North Side of Front Beach Road.
