You should consider the hiring of an agent as a job interview...why should you hire that agent to work for you?

Here are my qualifications:
1. I have been in sales for 33 years: I have learned in that time how to properly negotiate a win-win scenario for my clients...without making the person on the other side of the transaction feel as if they just got taken for a ride. Remember, once we have arrived at an acceptable price we have inspections and closing to worry about. When everyone leaves the closing table feeling good I will be satisfied. I have a full understanding of all contracts and addenda so nothing will get slipped by you!
2. I am an Internet and Online Real Estate Expert: Approximately 95% of all buyers go to the Internet first before purchasing a home. If your agent is not an expert in this area it can cost you lots of time and plenty of money (it is easy to determine if the agent you are considering is expert in this area...ask me how).
3. I will follow up until you are sick of me: When you hire an agent to represent you...make sure they are relentless. If they are not contacting you enough how well do you think they will represent you once (if) you go under contract. You have my word...I will not give up or stop working until you have an acceptable deal!
4. Area Knowledge: I purchased my first Space Coast home in the mid 1980s. You can ask me about anything from the best place to get pizza (I write a restaurant blog) to which Orlando theme park is the best for your 10 year old! I can even help with public and private school questions.
5. Education: My Degree is in Marketing...but I am also a certified Home Stager (ASP) and have expertise in Senior sales representation, buyer representation, seller representation, and computer marketing. Every educational opportunity I have taken part in has been with the express purpose of helping my buyer or seller clients achieve their goals. I am also not just a Realtor...but a Broker. This is a higher level of real estate education.
6. I want you to feel like you are my only client: I am available anytime for your emails, calls or texts. If I am on the phone with another client I will get back to you within a matter of minutes. Your questions or comments are my number one priority!
