There are many myths in real estate about various factors that will help you sell your house faster and for the best price.

You must have heard people saying that the most important factor that influences how quick and how well your property sells is location. In truth, location is the one thing you shouldn't worry about. That is because the location is the one thing that cannot be changed. No matter how you try, you cannot move your house or change the neighborhood.

My experience has taught me that the most important factors are: the house's price, its condition and the marketing rate. These are three areas completely under your control and it's here you should try to concentrate your efforts.

I will cover all three factors in the following emails and we will both see what we can do to make your home sale a success. A good marketing plan for a well priced home in great condition are the true ingredients that will make buyers compete for your house.

If you want to find out more about home-selling from a professional, call me or email me and we'll discuss every step.

Sincerely,
Steven Wright

Condition hits the nail on the head.  I have been performing more and more pre-listing home inspections in the last 18 months than ever before.

Seizing the ability to thoroughly inspect the property and lay all the cards on the table has proven to help sellers reduce the sale time and eliminate the negative variables that come with selling a home.

What is your experience with pre-listing home inspections Steven?
