I am not the one who penned this, however I got a good laugh so I'm sharing.

The George W Bush Presidential Library is now in the planning stages.  You'll want to be the first at your corporation to make a contribution to this great man's legacy.

The Library will include:

The Hurricane Katrina Room, which is still under construction.

The Alberto Gonzales Room, where you can't remember anything.

The Texas Air National Guard Room, where you don't have to even show up.

The Walter Reed Hospital Room, where they don't let you in.

The Guantanamo Bay Room, where they don't let you out.

The Weapons of Mass Destruction Room (which no one has been able to find).

The Iraq War Room.  After you complete your first tour, they make you to go back for a second, third, fourth, and sometimes fifth tour.

The Dick Cheney Room, in the famous undisclosed location, complete with shooting gallery.

Plans also include: The K-Street Project Gift Shop - where you can buy (or just steal) an election.

The Airport Men's Room, where you can meet some of your favorite Republican Senators.

Last, but not least, there will be an entire floor devoted to a 7/8 scale model of the President's ego.

To highlight the President's accomplishments, the museum will have an electron microscope to help you locate them. When asked, President Bush said that he didn't care so much about the individual exhibits as long as his museum was better than his father's.

Tchaka!  That is totally hysterical!  And totally sad at the same time.  Ever wonder why he wants his library on the campus of a methodist college?  The answer to that question when he asked them should have been a resounding "hell no".

are you sure that floor for his ego is 7/8 scale and not 1/78 scale? Also I heard there will only be one book in the library.... entitled  George "Dubya" Bush's accomplishments, over 25,000 pages...... all of them blank except the last one.... TEH NDE, yes unfortunately THE END was spelled wrong :(

You left out the Scooter Libby convicted felon then pardoned room. The Bush library will be located in the new Halliburton Galleria in Falusa.

Chris - you'll have to bring your own crayons.  With all the spending in Iraq there might not be any left over for crayons.

Israel - there will be 2 versions, the first is normal; the second will have the cover on upside down so that if Dubya ever stops by to read, it will appear right-side up.

Mitchell - good idea, we'll have to pass that on to the expansion committee.

I still don't get how that new york governor got that really good looking girl and the president only got monica.... come on he is the one that deserves the massage parlor, heck I wouldn't mind paying taxes if it went to her (even if she was from another state) LOL

As far as the bush library has anyone heard of the possiblity of the chaney gun collection, I hear it comes complete with low flying faces in the shape of a friend, and near death experiences :-D

Tchaka,

You always hit the nail on its head.  Thanks for the comments.  I wish, when we had spoken earlier, that I had checked out your Blog.  Good stuff.  I love the Bush library.  BTW, the Clinton Library was a skit on TBS by that guy who just got his own series.  It was probably funnier that 99.9% of all Saturday Night Live skits I've seen in the past 10 years.  Very, very funny stuff.  It probably can be found on youtube or something else.  It's worth the watch.

Thanks for your enlightenment on the people from Charlottesville.  I never knew, but should've guessed.

I was going to say why bother building a library without any books, because this buffoon does not read.... but after reading your blog I was really laughing! You hit the nail on the head. Thanks for bringing some belly laughs to my day! Now I am off to an open house!

Tchaka:  It kinda funny that a library would be built... for someone who says he seldom reads anything.

Of course he does not care whats in it, he does not read. The concept of a George Bush library is a joke. It would make more sense to have a LAURA Bush Library!!! After all she reads and has been a better public servant than he was.

Tchaka - it was afunny post, but i am still amazed at the amount of hate the filles this room (if you will) wher is that outrage now? Does anyone in here have massive anger for what is happenning right now and for what is being proposed. We just spend trillions of dollars just to lsoe 1.6 million more jobs. Where is the outrage?

Bush is gone and he can't hurt us anymore, but we are still not safe.

Tchaka,

I find this post distasteful and in bad taste.  If someone were to write something similar about President Clinton's library or President Obama's library, you'd be incensed.  I didn't like everything about Bush and I don't like everything about Obama, but I'm not gonna slam everything Mr. Obama does just because I disagree with some of his policies.  Really, you can do so much better.

Bob - This post is funny.  I laughed then and I'm laughing again now reading it.  You might not laugh at Bush jokes, but that's ok, that's you.  I on the other hand will.  I laugh at Clinton jokes too as well.  And when Obama's been in longer and there are good jokes about him, I will laugh at those as well.  Of course when this was posted, Obama wasn't even the Democrat nominee so there really weren't any jokes at all about him.  Thanks for stopping by.

Tchaka,

Thanks for responding.  I'm glad you're an equal opportunity laugher.  I doubt few others in either political group are...
