From Exhileration...to Disappointment !!

I recieved the following email a few days ago, I do have to admit, I got a bit excited at first;

Well, after I saw "@aol.co.uk" I knew there was a problem, so I responded;

Hello Jody,

 
In order to proceed, I will need proof of funds which are deposited in a Domestic, US Bank. Please send me a copy of a statement showing proof of funds so we may proceed.

Crickets!! No response! Has anyone else recieved an email like this??

Yes and when you get them do what makes sense to you... turn them into AR and get your 10 points and move on they are all scams lol

Got the same one, however I did not even take the time to respond. I work with a good amount of overseas clients that have all kinds of international emails, but they never reach out to an agent through ActiveRain.

Chris - Yes, I think I got one of these just the other day. I typically do not even waste my time generating a response. Most of these are pretty obvious they are spam.
