One Of My Listings is Featured on LuxuryRealEstate.com!

I am very excited to be able to report that one of my Lake Superior listings near the Apostle Islands area is in the number one featured property spot on the homepage of LuxuryRealEstate.com, the world's most-viewed luxury properties website.

Below is a screenshot of the LuxuryRealEstate homepage:

The marketing staff at LuxuryRealEstate.com tells me this is the first time a Great Lakes property has appeared in the featured property spot! And it's the first time one of our listings has appeared on the LuxuryRealEstate.com homepage.

Needless to say, we're pretty excited about this. And it's a privilege to see one of your listings appear on such a prestigious international luxury properties website.

I'm happy and proud to say this featured property spot coincides with the LuxuryRealEstate.com Spring Retreat, which is in progress this week in San Diego, California.

Did you have to pay them to have your listing there or they do it if the property is in a certain rice range?

Joan -- It really is a lovely place! That house has some of the most gorgeous sand beach on Lake Superior I've ever seen. And the home is elegant!

Karen Anne, I'm absolutely thrilled to see it there!

Irina -- We do pay for the Featured Properties placement, but a listing must meet their criteria to be considered for the Featured spot. Price and uniqueness are factors. I think they were intrigued with the idea of featuring a Great Lakes luxury property for the first time.

Congratulations. Very nice, indeed. How did you get it there?

Jon, I've been discussing this property with them since January. I felt this particular property was something unique and out of the ordinary, and made an effort to sell them on the idea of featuring it.

Typically, you see some truly remarkable high-end properties in their Featured Property spot, including castles in Europe and private islands for sale!

Eric, that photo is just beautiful! It's hard to take it in having spent the last several months reading about the ice bridge!

Pat -- The ice is going out, the Madeline Island Ferry is running again and spring has come to the South Shore of Lake Superior. Life is good!
