The sellers and I worked well together in getting the property ready for sale. One meeting took place in the yard while we all worked at trimming the landscape.
I brought a professional stager in to walk the property with the sellers and provide her recommendations. The stager further provided detailed notes for the sellers to follow for reference.
We added patio furniture, potted plants and other items that normally reside at the Murty house. Mr. Murty and I make these items available to sellers to add to the staging and contribute to the sale of the home. Mr. Murty often discovers the items are being used for staging when he returns home to empty spaces.
