Solar Power on its Way to Springdale!

Customers of Ozarks Electric Cooperative in Northwest Arkansas will soon be getting some of their power from the sun! 

Ozarks Electric just announced plans to install a one-megawatt solar generation facility on five acres in west Springdale. This is such great news!

There are plans for other larger-scale solar power facilities in other parts of the state. This is a wonderful way for Arkansas to live up to it's motto of "The Natural State!"
