Overlooking Caswell Beach from the Southport Waterfront!
Fun Day on Caswell Beach today.
After going to church we came home to the Condo and had a delicious Sunday Dinner with:
Nice Roast Beef and Gravy
Mashed Potatoes
Home grown Corn
Field peas
Fresh garden Tomatoes
Fresh Cucumbers from the garden
Sweet Ice tea
and Homemade Peach Cobbler.
(1 stick of butter melted in pan
1 cup of self rising flour
1 cup of milk
1 cut of sugar)
Peel about 4 or 5 peaches in the melted butter; pour flour, sugar and milk mixture over the top of the peaches put in preheated oven for abo.ut 30 to 40 minutes until brown on top.
Serve with whipped cream or Vanilla ice cream.
Delish.... Enjoy!
After all that, a short walk on the beach and then a NAP!
