Successful Problem Solving
“The measure of success is not whether you have
a tough problem to deal with, but whether
it’s the same problem you had last year.”
John Foster Dulles, U.S. Secretary of State 1953 -1959
As I see it . . . . . . .
Successful problem solving
It’s not a question if you’re going to have a problem . . . . because we all face problems . . . . It’s more of a question of when . . . . and how often.
The key to any problem . . . . is how you respond to it . . . . and how you handle it.
When you neglect to handle a problem . . . . It has the tendency to grow . . . . and multiply . . . . and very likely becomes out of control.
When a problem occurs it needs to be address . . . . and brought to the best solution that available to you in the shortest period of time.
The measure of successful problem solving is to get to the root cause of the problem . . . . to ensure that the problem does not occur again in the future.
It’s also in handling the problem one step at a time . . . . and to come up with the most desirable solution to the problem . . . solve it . . . . and to move on pass the problem..
Successful problem . . . . is an on-purpose activity.
