Problems need to be faced head on and solved, not swept under the rug.  They don't just "go away".

Lou, we run into problems every day whether it is personal or business and handling them quickly is the key. 

LEARN from your mistakes. Better yet, learn from other"s mistakes. But LEARN.Lou, when I was @ 12 years old, my great uncle was in the Logging business. Dad contracted for Uncle Pete to cut timber off of our land. Uncle Pete had an old mule named Pat. She was a big Red mule who taught me several lessons. The first was "Mules are smart, even caggie. My job was to feed and water her daily. In the beginning, she made neither easy nor enjoyable. At the water hole, she would lower her head to drink while I sat atop her, hanging onto here mane. Ole Pat knew when I loosened my grip on here mane, and would drop her right front foot into a deeper hole, causing me to slide off into the cold creek water. Second lesson: Mules have a sense of humor. She would stand there starring at me with a " who me?" look on her face. I was a slow learner at first. Finally, I got smart enough to dismount and allow her to drink and then graze for a few minutes. She began to make it easier for me to get the bit in her mouth, and stopped trying to bite me.Lesson Three: Show respect even to a farm animal. Lesson Four: Make sure there is something in the deal for everyone, including the jackass, which maybe seen in a mirror from time to time.

Good Morning Lou Ludwig,  If I have a problem I can not fix I reach out to friends for suggestions.  It is a challenge sometimes but all problems can be resolve if you get more people involve.

We do not want to continue pouring energy and efforts in to the same problems over and over again. We need to work as quickly as possible to resolve them so we have the right frame of mind to tackle the next set of problems that are on the horizon. 

Lou, We all have problems and it is how you face thoses issues and deal with them that defines a person I think.
