a site to help all my real estate associates

Hey good people,

I have just stumbled across something that would be a wonderful tool for you.  I just began using it as an insurance agent marketing to real estate professionals so I'm waiting to see the results here soon.  But as I was thinking of better ways to reach the real estate professionals I want to reach, I began to think about YOU, the real estate professionals.  I know that marketing the properties that you have listed with you is at the heart and soul of your business.  www.emailagentflyers.com is a website that will e-mail real estate professionals by the thousands for less than a few bucks.I just sent out my e-mail yesterday but I can't imagine that sending out 1000 almost 2000 e-mails could cost this much.  Go check it out and let me know what you think about it.  I want to know if you think it's as great a website as I do.  I look forward to hearing from you..

Let's continue to build that home team advantage.  You can take a look at what I'm talking about by going to www.kennethinsurance.com.  Take care.

Kenneth: How does it deal with spamming? Most unknown e-mail goes to bulk and most people just delete theirs without looking. How do you get them to opt-in?

I routinely delete mail from emailflyers.  Maybe I should take a look.

Believe it or not, MOST people will store what they don't know and look at it at some point in time and when they look at the flyer it's so well set up that it will at least capture their attention.  If you look at the blog I posted before this one it shows you what my flyer looks like.  And that's just for services.  For real estate agents you have the ability to put up to 9 pics on there.  That's one main pic and 8 or so interior pics.

It also gives you the HTML code so you can copy and past your flyer to web sites and to other e-mail lists you may have who know you.  I sent out almost 2000 e-mails for $13.95.  If just 10% of those open their e-mails that's the same exposure I get for spending $52 for 200 post card mailers.  That's 25% of the cost.  Is it worth it?  Well you do the math.

And then you can repost the same flyer to those same folks for 50% off.  At that same 10% that would be 2 exposures for $20 vs 2 exposure for $102.  ALL DAY LONG

And to think.  I'm not even getting paid to promote this site.  Man.

Does it send the flyer as an attachment or does it automatically open when the agent open's the email?

Kenneth,

I too usually just delete them.....I do my daily MLS updates, so to me it is just no that important.  I have saved the emails I get from these type of companies....you never know.

Tina, the flyer is the e-mail.  No attachments.  Just a color flyer that opens right up.  It looks like you spent hours and hundreds creating (ok. maybe exagerating just a little bit) it but it takes about 10 mins and some pics.  Gain the HOME TEAM Advantage This is how the flyer looks when they open up their e-mail.

Hi Kenneth. Thanks for sharing the great tip! Keep them coming.

PLease! I routinely get these sent from agents all over the country. They clog up my email and do no good whatsoever, as I don't have buyers going to their area. If an agent sends these out they need to limit it to other agents near them.

leslie, I definitely agree with you.  It makes no sense for me to get messages from ga and fl when I'm in IN but if people learn to use it correctly, then it would be powerful.  But on the other hand, I guess you never really know who is looking for a home in a different state and may just happen to catch a message that they could use.  Keep up the good work over there.
