Permit Inspection in Sacramento

One of the issues with getting a building permit and going through all the proper steps is that it can slow things down. The contractor will many times need to wait to proceed until the inspector shows up. We don't always know what time he will be arriving, that makes it hard to schedule.

On smaller projects, the entire work load is waiting to get that signature. I have found that it is best to be there at the permit inspection for things to move alone nicer.

I'll be at the permit inspection in Sacramento today.

Absolutely.  A homeowner goes crazy when delays happen so a great inspector will remove at least that one obsticle.

I often wonder how many building permits we have taken out over the years. It can certainly be a challenge from time to time.

Make it a great week!
