My Favorite Steak, Grilled...... YES, I love a good chunk of meat on the plate, and to me the simple is the best.... My favorite is a Delmonico Steak, now that opens a can of worms because there really is not set Delmonico Steak, however when I say Delmonico I am referring to is bone in Ribeye (sometimes boneless is OK).
A Delmonico is about the the quality of the steak, the marbeling (fat in the meat), its about the aging. I like the delmonicos because of the higher quality.
My cooking is EASY, Grill very hot, very hot, Sea (or Kosher) Salt & Fresh Ground Green Pepper Corns, 3 parts salt to 1 part pepper, sprinkle on genoursly both sides. Put on the grill and dont move it 2 minutes turn 1/2 turn (clockwise for hash marks), 2 more minutes turn over then 2 minutes 1/2 turn. (this is for a steak about 2 inches thick and will be rare. ENJOY!!!!!!!!
