Fox Hollow Delta, CO Real Estate Information July 2015
The Fox Hollow real estate market is holding somewhat steady with sales and listings over the last 2.5 years. We are seeing the average sold price climb upwards a bit.
In 2013 three homes sold with an average sales price of $204,266. In 2014 there were also three sales, but the average sold price was $209,166. So far in 2015 two homes have sold with an average sales price of $215,500. That's a solid 5.4% increase in sold price since 2013.
The current inventory and it's pricing may also help the overall average sales price. Here's a look at the current inventory:
- There are three listing priced from $219.900 to $299,900.
- The average listed price is $243,920.
- The average days on market is 73.
In Delta the overall inventory of homes similar to those in Fox Hollow is very low. Traditionally the busy summer market carries over into the late fall, and we are likely to see some heavy sales activity in your neighborhood which will likely increase the average sales price.
