Boy oh boy, was the builder a farmer and just got confused on where to grow the crops?
Mushrooms? I never knew to even look for them in an inspection of a house! You give me good ammunition for those who think an inspection isn't needed for a new home. Thank you.
Were they the eating kind?

hhhmmmm, They could have their own mushroom cultivation in the home. How convienent.
Sean Allen
Good point Sean Allen - have those mushrooms on hand for that homemade pizza. Or perhaps for a stir fry for tomorrows dinner... could be a new trend!
I loved this article. Why? Because it points out the importance of having a home inspection even with new construction.
Great job Michael.
