Congratulations on this accomplishment. It's one thing to earn 400,000 points posting crap it's an entirely a different matter earning 400,000 for hard core Real Estate :)

Kent. I'm pushing hard to get more CE now to renew my VA license. I just struggled through an online course for 4 credit hours. Going to a class takes me away from my phone for hours. I'm trying online credits for the first time in many years. It works but not nearly as much fun as the in person classes.
