In an earlier blog I mentioned we now allow investors to finance up to 10 properties. Well we also require at least 6 months reserves for each investment property.

While we required the reserves we also used to reduce the assets in retirement accounts by 40 percent.

We can now use 100% of the funds as reserves! This will allow clients that hold large amounts in retirement accounts to buy Real Estate as an investment.
