This is not on every home for sale in the city of Livonia but has been occurring a lot more than we have experienced in the past 10 years.
I just ran the number of available properties to purchase in Livonia and came up with a total number of 287. This number would include the entire city of Livonia, condo's and Clarenceville school district. We have seen this number fall as low as 200 in recent months and now see it creeping up to closer to 300. - Median sales price up for MLS 10.3%
- Days on market remaining the same
- Almost 94% of the homes for sale are non distressed properties.
