Expanding our Services to Include Mobile Notary Service

We are expanding our services to include Mobile Notary Service. We are excited to announce that Carolyn Pinson, Texas Crosswinds Realty Inc. and I are offering Mobile Notary Service for the Brazos Valley. With our knowledge in Real Estate and loan documents this decision was an easy choice.

We have worked closely with numerous title companies and loan signing agencies for the past few years. We have taken several online courses and became very familiar with the duties of a Notary Public for the State of Texas. Now that we have focused on educating and gaining knowledge it was evident that we could use this knowledge and skills as another avenue of income for our Real Estate and Property Management Service.

We look forward to joining some of the network groups and Active Rain groups to learn and discuss how this service can benefit our business.

It's interesting that a few years back I was visiting a friend in Canada. I needed something notarized and found out it's not as easy as walking into a bank. There you have to make an appointment with a notary and pay upwards of $100 for each signature. Strange.
