Curb Appeal De-Clutter the Front Yard

Many people think the term De-Clutter just refers to the interior of a house. It can and does include the front yard. Hence the term Curb Appeal.

First impressions are lasting ones. Curb appeal is to me the most important impression when a buyer enters a home. If the front yard of the property is well maintain the buyer enters the property on a positive note.

If you love plants and a garden that's great. Have the plants well water and groom. Whether your selling or not visitors and the neighbor's will always give you compliment and who does not like a compliment. The lawn needs to be cut and trimmed. Trees should not hinder the house from the street view.

Next make any repairs or paint the exterior of the property if necessary. Pressure wash the side walk and porch are always a nice touch.

My final suggestion is to apply a fresh coat of paint or vanish to the front door.

So De-clutter the front of any property is very helpful in selling Real Estate.

Good morning Frank - great post. Without curb appeal, prospective buyers won't even step inside.

Good morning Frank. Many just don't understand this message. As Roger D. Mucci said, you only have one shot at a good first impression.

This is very good advice for prospective home sellers.

They will be in good hands when they select you as their listing agent.
