"Hey folks, this is Roger from Choice Carolina Homes, ProStead Realty. I’m in a gorgeous new neighborhood in Mint Hill, on the outskirts of Charlotte. Look at this brand new home under construction. This could be your new place to live. I’ve got a relationship with this builder, we can show you not only this house, the house next door is a ranch. Let me pull around to the front here, you’ll see the pile of dirt. This is a great opportunity. This builder was able to come into these parcels of land from a custom builder and developer who did not make it through the great housing recession, so to speak. And notice this cool house.
