Summer is here! And, you need something to do this summer... don't you? Melissa,  I am so glad the short sales in my market are mostly behind us now.  Some are saying we will have another wave of them ... if that happens, I'll be ready to take them on.

Hello Melissa, I am so glad that in Lane County that the short sales are slowing down. I think it is best to have an expert in the short sale market to refer those transactions to. Glad to hear you have education to share with us at AR.   J
