North Kona Vacant Land Prices Up 25% Year To Date

I often get questions about how Vacant Land is selling, and after taking a look at the latest sales report, I would say that Land sales are doing GREAT. Sales data shows a 25% increase in the median sales price for North Kona (Kailua Kona) for the first 6 months of 2015. The only other increases like the West Side (North Kona is West Hawaii -lol) appears to be North Hilo and Kau.
