Love to have time to stop by and see this place as we pass through on the way home.  I could use some serenity after a week of helping the tornado victims in Greensburg, Kansas.  What a mess!  It's amazing what they have accomplished in a year but sad to see how very far they still have to go!

The home has been pre-appraised at $345,000 and the sellers wanted to make this place be a good deal for the buyers and priced the home below the appraisal by $5000!!
