Hello Noah ... yes Alaska is quite beautiful, and that is one of the reasons they call it The Last Frontier.

And another thing about Alaska is a person can travel just about anywhere is the state and the scenery is total beauty.

Hello Sybil ... thanks for stopping by my friend and around 50% of property in Alaska can be purchase (owner finance) or OWC with low downs and reasonable interest rates.

So if VB really wants a property in Alaska, it will be very easy to get ;o)
