I signed up because I saw the value and I will admit the points you get for signing up just had their way with me. So now, I am a member and you have to learn to post, comment and repeat so you can suck marrow and get full value. I came around slowly but surely and got some posts out there. How thrilling to see myself on a Google front page too

REMEMBER ME?

After a few months, I get a email contact from someone who said..remember me? They went into detail on where we met and why and said they have been trying to get a hold of me for some time but lost my contact data. I remembered them well

MY POSTING

They saw one of my ACTIVERAIN posts. Ouila! They went on to say they they needed my help in selling a large tract of land with entitlements in place. They knew I was connected and they asked..can you help us find a buyer? Can I ?

NO BUYERS

New Construction was at a standstill. They couldn't afford the carrying costs. So finding a buyer that could put this in their portfolio and land bank required knowing people in the business. I did. I made my first phone call and the developer insisted we meet up right away. We drove out to the sight

BUYER SAYS....the sweetest words an agent wants to hear

I want it! I got to have it! Can you get it for me? The smile that went from my one ear to the other actually hurt my face. It was so huge and genuine. I got the seller begging me for a buyer and I got the buyer begging me to buy.

ACTIVERAIN DUES

Now at the time, I was paying my monthly dues like any good ACTIVE-RAINER does and should do at the onset when joining. I always thought if I got one good deal, it would pay for my membership. I was right! I had $10,000 dollars coming from the seller and $10,000 coming from the buyer. That would pay for dues for years to come!

THE WIN

Deal went down! Smooth, quick and done! Sellers thanked me profusely stating they knew if they found me, they would get the help they needed. WHY? I had helped them in the past more than once. The buyer I had also worked with before as well. What a good coming together of professionals

IT POURED RAIN

ACTIVERAIN...it rained for me and has been raining ever since too. I marketed some books that are presented in the PEARLS FOR THE SOUL series of Books blogging from ActiveRain and launched that business by blogging from this site. It has been a running success
