Everyone please welcome my good friend and appraiser,Tara Joyner, Appraiser, to the rain. 

I was just bragging to her late last night how wonderful it is to be involved in Active Rain and how really awesome the people in here are about sharing and helping and genuinely caring about each other. She jumped right in! 

Tara will be an asset here and will bring a wealth of knowledge for all of us in the real estate field.  I have enjoyed being friends with her as well as have a great business relationship with her for the last 10 years. 

You can't help but like her.  She is a really smart girl and a hard worker  and really knows the appraisal business.  If you ever have the need for an appraisal in West Tennessee, she is the one  to call.  She not only does real estate appraisals in West TN, but she also owns a "Curves"  in Brownsville, TN.  So, See, she really is energetic! 

Let's all welcome this hard working appraiser to the rain.  Let's show her how happy we are to have her here!
