The flowing all glass tower will appear to be a part of the park, with the addition of over 200 trees and lush landscaping that flows from the parks edge from the south with landscaping included in the ground floor lobby area and thru to the north side of the building. With the park to the south, views can never be blocked by future developments. The addition of refelcting pools around the base of the luxury condominium tower make this luxury property appear to be surrounded by water. With all parking underground, the property seems to rise from the park.
