You have to love getting a referral for a 1.2 million dollar listing. Pictures are being done on Monday and showings start that day in a great area called the TIMBERS in Parker, Co.
Of course I leave for a family reunion in Pennsylvania July 28, looking forward to that, I am supplying all the hot dogs and hamburgers and soft drinks for the family. I am taking a chance of going on vacation but I need one.
