MESA COUNTY COLORADO REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE MAY 2015
Information provided courtesy of Land Title Guarantee Company tells us that total real estate sales in Mesa County for Year to Date as compared to the same period last year is UP over 16.5% at a total sales volume of $318,051,974. Total sales volume for May of 2015 were at $83,728,844 which is UP just over 5%from the volume of $79,484,548 for May of 2014. The average residential sales price in May 2015 was $221,608 with an average YTD residential sales price of $208,199. The median price for residential purchases for May of 2015 is up from April's $180,000 at $195,350 with a YTD median price of $184,250, still much lower than our 2014 median price of $225,000. Total transactions in May were 403 which is up from the 372 transactions in April of 2015. YTD transactions of 1481 is up nearly 15% from YTD this time in 2014.
