Do others criticize you and say, it would have been better if you had done it this way or that way? There is no one right way. One who strives and does the work is the same one who realizes the triumph and great acheivement. Not the armchair quarterback who second guesses and says after the fact what "they" would have done.
Go into battle, go for the big listing, take the chance with the new advertising campaign, put yourself out there with hand shaking and meeting of the neighbors, go ahead and try the drone pictures of the home and the golf course, sponsor that little league team. How about buying some the new light up at night real estate signs to get noticed. Try new things, take a chance and see what works. Don't let others tell you to not waste your time. Why? If you try and try hard and with enthusiasm, your efforts will help your clients and may pay off!
Our former President, Theodore Roosevelt, "The Rough Rider" explained it very well: It is not the critic who counts but the doer of deeds, the man in the arena!
