Breakfast Egg Cups With Ham
The above entree was the end result of my rendition of breakfast egg cups with ham. I had it all whisked and ready to eat in less than 30 minutes. My son who doesn't like eggs even gobbled down a couple of these.
The ingredients are as follows:
12 Eggs
1/2 Cup of milk
pinch of salt and pepper
Handful of spinach
Handful of ham or bacon
1 red pepper
1/2 Cup of shredded cheese
Whisk all ingredients and pour it into a greased muffin tin. Baked for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
