I've been so happy with the Real Estate market here lately in Rhode Island. I just gained two knew properties in Kent County and Washinton County. Both of these properties are guaranteed 3yr. rentals. I've noticed that Wahington County has been attracting more newcomers lately which is fantastic. I've had more of my clients asking me about homes and rental properties.
