It's Monday and time for a Roger update. His brother, Tony, messaged me this morning to let me know that Roger is out of surgery and in recovery. They hope to get him up (I know there's a good ta dum in there but I'll leave that one alone) soon for some exercise.
Is there no rest for the weary? I have no idea where Eddie is, but we'll let sleeping dogs lie. ( or lay? Marte Cliff which one is it?)
I'm sure Roger will soon be his effervescent self again in no time!!

KS, you had lie correct. I seem to recall when it applies to living things (like humans/dogs) it is lie. Objects-lay. "Lay that book down over there". "Come lie with me."
Anyway....Roger Dodger...what a crazy life he leads! (Lieds??) Kidding, of course--as there is no such word. But, maybe with Roger, we need to start a whole new language. Rogerisms....hmmmmm...somehow I think he'd embrace that! (Or is it imbibe that??)

I'm glad Roger has made it through this part of the journey. Boy, he has sure gone through some trials lately, between his health issues, and those of Mickey!
I am betting he will surprise himself with how quickly he is back on the "furniture floot" !

Glad to hear Roger D. Mucci is doing well! So glad to hear an update..3 weeks from now he will be looking back at July as the moth he got new knees and survived!

Hi Kathy -- I'm sure reading all the good wishes and comments here will cheer UP Roger D. Mucci . Nice of you to provide an official update even though RM posted one as well through the magic of AR scheduling.
I can't imagine having surgeries this close together! My friend had her hips done this way and did very well. Keeping my fingers crossed for Roger.
