I would recommend more photos - depending on the property. Folks who are relocating or moving from one town to another like to see street views. If a condo, I include photos of the amenities... swimming, pool, club house, tot lot, tennis court etc.

Our MLS allows 25 photos and we will have 25 on our listings. Sometimes it is difficult if the home is small, but then we will include ammenity photos.
