My immediate assumption for #1 happiness in your life would be God and family. And where the second largest amount of your time would be invested is in your work place.

You know real estate sales is not for everyone, actually I believe it is for a very small number of people because the person who sells five houses every four to eight years is like the golfer who goes out and plays golf three times every two years, who has never had a hole in one, and has never had three par and a birdie in one game.

The statics say 20% of agents sell 80% of the houses unfortunately the public is completely unaware of this fact or do not even begin to think.

Actually Monday is primarily my favorite day of the week. Oh I love Sunday, it is a day of rest for me and my family, worshipping God. And Monday is the beginning of opportunities for five days in a row to search, look and find people I can represent far better than any other real estate agent on planet earth. Oh I would love to be on stage singing in front of 1000 people or teaching and training other people how to experience success in real estate sales and until that comes I am happier than most real estate agents.

Problems?

Oh yes problems come up from time to time, however when you have 23 happy events to everyone disappointment life is pretty exciting. You see when you talk with a minimum of 214 people every week there must be two or three opportunities come from that. Now I do not mean in a week's time you will have 10 listing appointments, you couldn't handle all of the business with 41 listings a month. So those leads get spread out, some are not moving for six months, some for 18 months. Just remember everything will be all right in the end, if it is not all right it is not the end.
