Hawaii Five-O's trucks are easy to spot. For one thing there are so many of them! Today at Diamond Head a caravan of big trucks was parked with electrical cables running along the ground, pop-up gazebos and crew members walking around. At the lookout overlooking Diamond Head cliffs these two cars were parked, a modern Camaro and a 1970 Corvette. Scott Caan (one of the stars of the TV show) was under one of the gazebos to the right in this photo.
Downtown Honolulu seems to be popular for Hawaii Five-O filming. Last week I saw the trucks on 9th Avenue in Palolo Valley. On my way to meet clients, there wasn't time to take a picture.
Shortly after this photo, the crew shooed away the crowd and the road was temporarily closed. Watch for this scene on the tv show!
