Inventory of 147 in June was down 1.3% from 149 in May but up 21.5% from 121 in June of 2014. New listings of 37 in June were down considerably from 62 in May but up marginally from 36 in June of 2014. Months of supply of 7.7 in June was down just slightly from 7.9 in May but up considerably from 6.2 in June of 2014.

Days on market of 51 in June was down somewhat from 71 in May and down moderately from 76 in June of 2014. This is the lowest days on market has been since July, 2014.
