There's a fun word that seems to take in a lot of the chaos all around us daily, with bad news pouring in from the web, TV, and social media, and that is CACOPHONY.
It is essentially noise, but more specifically HARSH, discordant mixture of sounds. Unfortunately NOT tuning enough of this out in our day we don't get to tune into BEAUTY. Work on PART of your day at least this tuning in of beauty. It is there if you look for it and remember the quote from Confucius:
EVERYTHING HAS BEAUTY, BUT NOT EVERYONE SEES IT.
