Real estate sales in Monroe CT for June 2015  went down 8% as compared to June 2014 closed sales BUT  registered a 16% increase from May 2015 sales. See annual chart below.   

Average list and sales prices both decreased 9% with the median falling 9% as well. 

 

Market absorption came in at 6.18  months meaning it would take 6.18  months to sell off the present inventory of 136 homes just keeping Monroe in a buyer's market statistically.
